Terrible service, I had an appointment that they postponed for an hour later when I was practically leaving the house; Then they postponed it for another while and finally told me that in fact I didn't have an appointment that day. Later they called me again telling me that they could make a space for me, but I canceled and looked for another dental clinic covered by my insurance. Unfortunately, I am not the only one in my family who has had this type of problem with this clinic.

Terrible service. The first appointment they did not do the cleaning that they say is included, they made me pay for a second appointment with the specialist and they sent me to do a tomography, they gave me the third appointment with a time of 12:30, then they sent a message to say that it was better at 12:45, I arrived on time and they would see me at 1:10 p.m., the specialist is only available on Wednesdays, you have to adapt to their schedules, they are not punctual, I paid a thousand pesos for two appointments and they only took photos of me and made me spend at the tomography, they finally told me that this third appointment was to give me the estimate (that is, I would have to pay for a third appointment so that they would tell me how much the treatment would cost), I could not stay because the time had been measured and they would give me the appointment until Two weeks later, I spent, a month passed and they did nothing to me, it does not seem professional to me that they play with patients' time and much less that they are charging for appointments without any progress. I don't recommend it at all.

Excellent dentists, they have helped me a lot with my treatment and follow-up, they resolve all my doubts. I recommend them 👍🏼 10/10
